In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

5. Third-Party Links and Content

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Mosaic Group regarding the Site, except where a signed service agreement applies.
